Ayni Global Talent develops and connects professionals from emerging markets with meaningful opportunities in the global renewable energy sector.

We grew out of WindAid Institute, an organization with nearly 20 years of renewable energy project experience in Peru, and continue to collaborate with its technical and social ecosystem.
